A few more pix are a lurid tale. Courtesy of my baby brother Andy and a family friend [Mark W] comes the whole story.
Ummmmmm, at first I thought this angio-roll was missing cheese, but this has to smoke pretty long intil it's 165F internal. The cheese would run. Maybe some big chunks of ricotta or feta. And for contrast, how about some long strips of green jalapeno or yellow banana?
